Prince Arc. Akinlusi Adeniji
Arc. Prince Akinlusi M Adeniji mnia, is the Managing Partner and Principal Architect of Crescent Konsult; a registered firm of Architects and Development Consultants with Associates. He is also the Managing Director and Chief Executive Office r of Custom Builders, a Building Construction Company; Medical Realties International Ltd. (MRIL), a Medical Real Estate Developmen t company, Promatrix Limited, a Trading & Marketing company and Sustainable Industries Nigeria Limited (SINL).
In all functions, he is directly responsible for Visions, Business development, and overall Management direction.
Before establishing Crescent Konsult, Adeniji gained vital work experience with Arkhi-Line Partners (Student Attaché), Majoroh Partnership (Graduate Internship), Julius Berger Nigeria Limited/ Fruco Construction Company - Abuja (NYSC), and CAPS Consulting (Project Architect).
In a career spanning ove r two decades, he has sharpened his skills working on several critical projects such as the Petroleum Training Institute (PTI) Upgrade Project, Effurun; Nahco Aviance Cargo Facility Semi-Automation & Upgrade Project, MMIA, Ikeja; Lighthouse Estates, Lekki (a 60 unit residential estate); Taqwa Private Schools, Ikeja; La Casa Guest House, Victoria Island; Isalu Hospitals, Ikeja; 2nd Total (Elf) Village, Port -Harcourt (Design Competition) and many high profile Country Homes & Private Luxury Reside nces amongst others, as an Architect.
Adeniji, a product of King’s College, Lagos, has a Masters Degree in Architecture from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile -Ife, Osun State, Nigeria. He is al so a Member of he International Academy of Design and Health, an d a Full Member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA). H e is registered with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON). In the past, h e served t he Nigerian Institute of Architects as a member of the Building Research and Standards Committee (BRS) and as a First Assistant Secretary at the National and State levels respectively. Currently, he is one of two representatives of the Institute on the Construction Industry Development Board ( CIDB ) - information.
He was recently admitted into the Nigerian Society of Construction Law.
Adeniji has attended several management courses, retreats, and conferences, at home and abroad in diverse areas; ranging from Leadership & Capacity Building, through Entrepreneurship & Business Management, International Equity and Capital Market Financing, to, Architecture & Alternative/Renewable Energy, Bio-Climatic Designs & Energy Saving Materials and recently Design & Health. He has therefore, established a strategic Nigerian and International business network.
He is an astute Businessman with passion for Motivational Talk, Community Engagement and Affirmative Cooperative action.
Prince Adeniji is a married citizen of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and volunteers on the Board of a few companies.
